Returns and Refunds Policy

At Beautifully Boutique we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS, whichever option you provided during checkout.

Return Process

  • Upon approval, you will receive an email containing a return shipping label.

  • Securely package the item(s), including a copy of your order invoice or packing slip, and affix the provided return shipping label to the package.

Refund

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Final Sale Items

  • Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
